Where are you located?

We are in Pandacan, Manila.

When is your open and closing time?

Our station operates from 8am to 8pm only. We are open from Monday-Sunday.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store open for walk-ins. We have baking & packing station intended for delivery &
pickups.

What are your payment options? Do you accept cash-on-delivery or cash-upon-pick up?

We offer online payment methods including BDO, bank transfers, GCASH, PAYMAYA, and GOTYME. Credit cards
are not accepted.

Customers can use CASH-ON-DELIVERY on all our platforms. For same-day delivery, COD and COP orders must be booked
by customers.

Where can we place an order?

You can place an order thru our official website & Facebook page for same-day delivery or quicker shipment.
Other options are thru Shopee and TikTok for pre-orders.

What kind of galactagogues do you use?

We only use natural galactagogues such as ground flaxseeds, brewer's yeast, malunggay powder or flakes and oats.

Are your treats suitable for moms with dietary restrictions?

It depends on what kind of diet you follow. Our treats contain sugar, cow's milk, and eggs.

Are your treats G6PD-friendly?

Yes, except our peanut butter spread. Our treats are soybean & fenugreek free (2 of most common triggers of
g6pd)

We use cashews on banana loaf while almond on crumble which are considered safe alternative for peanuts and legumes.
However, if you wish not to consume it- you can omit it from the choices.

Can we request for customization of our treats?

Unfortunately, we do not allow this. Since our treats are baked in batches every day, customization is not possible
because our bakers adhere to a specific recipe for each treat.

Is this halal certified?

No, we are not yet halal certified; however, we assure you that our treats contain no meat, lard, or alcohol. We do
not process or package our treats with any alcohol or pork-related products.

Are these safe to consume while pregnant, kids and by non-lactating adults?

Yes, as our treats contain only natural ingredients. However, there may be some exceptions that needs to be
consider such as your diet, blood pressure, allergens and sugar levels prior on taking.

STORAGE, LIFESPAN AND INSTRUCTIONS

How to take your treats?

Recommended intake is 3-5pcs along with 1 cup/glass of water 30-45 mins before breastfeed/power pump.
For pregnant, limit to 1-3 pcs in a day.
Note: Based on feedback, they typically notice an increase within 1-3 days of taking our treats while maintaining regular
pumping or breastfeeding. Results may vary.

How to store your treats?

Our treats are good for up to a month (or its EXP DATE) if kept refrigerated. While up to 12-15 days, in room
temperature.
For Banana loaf- 3 days in room temp. while 3 weeks if kept refrigerated upon receipt.
Best to take immediately and consistently to see positive results.

Can these be taken past of their expiration date?

While our treats may occasionally last longer than expected, we strongly recommend disposing of any treats that
are past their expiration date.

How can we know if the treats have begun to spoil?

MOLDS. You can determine if your treats have gone bad by looking for molds that appear grayish and web-like.
The taste will also be unpleasant, like a wet soil.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We can do same-day delivery within METRO MANILA, some parts of CAVITE, RIZAL, BULACAN, and LAGUNA
everyday via LALAMOVE COURIER. We can either assist you on booking, or you can arrange and book your own courier.

What are the earliest and latest times you can book for same-day delivery?

Our station operates from 8am to 8pm only. We can schedule bookings as early as 8am if needed, but our typical
time for the first batch is between 11am-12 noon. Delivery times are unpredictable as they depend on the rider. We can
provide a delivery link upon request so you can track your delivery.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes! Most of the time, our treats are ready for delivery since we bake & pack every day. We can handle rush orders
upon request, but they must be booked by the customer.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders for personal consumption; discounts and free items are available for these orders.
However, we do not allow resellers or anyone who buys in bulk to sell again.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We offer nationwide delivery. You can place an order through our Shopee or TikTok shop, or directly with us
via our Facebook page or official website.

How long is the shipment thru Shopee & TikTok?

Our usual shipping day for these platforms is 1-3 days after checkout. Please note that all orders made on these
platforms are pre-orders.
You can also order directly from our Facebook page or website for quicker shipping, as we provide same-day pickup
through JNT COURIER.
